Who operates Imaginou
AI Clark Development Inc operates Imaginou at imaginou.com and app.imaginou.com. Contact contact@imaginou.com for privacy questions, access or correction requests, or requests to delete an account and its associated content. This policy covers the marketing website, studio, API and MCP connector. Last updated: October 25, 2026.
Information we process
We process the email address and name you give us, language preferences, sign-in and connection records, order-credit balances and purchase records. For productions, we process product URLs, product descriptions, creative instructions, uploaded reference photos, generated storyboards, dialogue, videos, music, review decisions and related production status. Hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, request metadata and operational logs when serving the service.
How we use information
We use this information to verify sign-in, operate your account, create and deliver productions, apply your approvals, maintain your media library, process order credits, send service emails, prevent abuse and answer support requests. Do not include sensitive personal information or images of people without the necessary rights and permission in production instructions or uploads.
Storage and service providers
Railway hosts the customer application and account database. Production jobs, browser sessions and media also run or are stored on an operator-managed workstation; ngrok provides the connection between the cloud and that studio. Stripe processes payments and receives checkout information such as your email and selected order pack; Imaginou does not collect full card details in its own forms. Resend delivers sign-in codes, receipts and production notifications; some production emails include preview images. AI orchestration and generation providers receive the prompts, product information and reference media needed for the selected workflow. Depending on the workflow, these services may include OpenAI, xAI/Grok, Google/Gemini, Muse and music-generation services. Provider processing, storage and any provider-side model-improvement use are governed by their own terms, settings and privacy policies. We do not promise that all processing occurs in one country.
Connected AI assistants
When you connect Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client, that client can use the scopes you approve to access or change your Imaginou data. Scopes may include account information, productions, media, credit balances, checkout links and public sharing. The assistant provider receives the tool results and media you ask it to use. You can revoke a connection in Connect AI. Revocation prevents future authorized access but does not remove copies already received by another service.
Public links and marketing examples
Your account and media library require authentication. A video becomes accessible through a public share link when you enable that link. Anyone with the link can view the shared content while it is active. You can revoke it, but other people or social platforms may retain downloaded content or cached previews. The public gallery uses the operator's studio examples; private customer libraries are not automatically added to that gallery.
Cookies and browser storage
The studio uses an HttpOnly session cookie for sign-in and stores language preferences. The marketing website stores your selected language in local browser storage. These support authentication and preferences. This policy does not describe a third-party advertising or tracking service as installed when none is configured. We record coarse page and Connect AI entry events in our hosting logs to measure discovery: a page route, date and a short source label such as Google, Glama or direct. These events do not include account IDs, email addresses, IP addresses, full referrer URLs or unique tracking identifiers. Request counts can include bots and repeat visits; they are not unique-person counts. Source labels can be carried in links to the studio. Hosting providers retain logs under their own retention settings.
Retention and deletion
Account, purchase, credit and production records are retained to operate the service, maintain access to your work, address support requests and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. The service currently has no single automatic deletion period for all production content. Moving media to Trash or archiving a production is not the same as permanently deleting every copy. Contact contact@imaginou.com to request access, correction or deletion; we may need to verify account ownership. Some billing, security, backup and legal records may need to be retained, and separate providers may retain their own copies under their policies.
Security and your choices
The service uses HTTPS, account authentication, scoped API access and owner checks. No online service can guarantee complete security. You can choose what to upload, disable public links and revoke assistant connections. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location; contact us to exercise them or raise a concern. We will update this page when our practices change materially.
