The service and operator
AI Clark Development Inc provides Imaginou, a studio for creating AI product storyboards and videos from product information and reference photos. Contact contact@imaginou.com for support. These terms describe use of the website, studio, API and MCP connector. Last updated: October 25, 2026. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer and other laws continue to apply.
Your account and instructions
Keep access to your sign-in email and connected accounts secure. Give accurate product information, use the service lawfully, and submit only content you have the rights and permissions to use. Do not submit illegal content, infringe intellectual property or personal rights, impersonate people, or use the service to make deceptive claims. You are responsible for the instructions and approvals given by assistants you authorize to act in your account.
AI output and review
AI can alter product text, proportions, details, speech or movement. Review the proposed storyboard, dialogue and finished playback before approving or publishing. Storyboard approval authorizes the next generation stage. Generated presenters are synthetic and must not be presented as real customers or genuine testimonials. You are responsible for substantiating product claims and checking any platform, disclosure, advertising and music-license requirements that apply to your use. We do not guarantee sales, virality, exclusivity, copyright protection or perfect product fidelity.
Orders, prices and changes
A new verified account receives three free orders once, with one included storyboard change per order. Current one-time prices are USD 2.90 for one order, USD 22.90 for ten orders and USD 59.90 for thirty orders. Single orders and ten-order packs include two storyboard changes per order; thirty-order packs include three. An additional change beyond the allowance requires confirmation to use another order credit. Credits have no scheduled expiry and no subscription is required. Review the actual Stripe checkout before paying; any applicable taxes or price changes are shown there. Contact support about failed deliveries, billing errors, cancellations or refunds. These terms do not limit refund rights required by law.
Content and service permissions
You retain the rights you hold in your uploaded content. You permit Imaginou and the service providers involved in your chosen workflow to process, store and transmit that content to deliver the requested production and related account services. Generated content may be subject to the terms of the relevant generation providers and to third-party rights. We do not promise that a generated output is unique or free of all third-party claims.
Sharing and integrations
You decide whether to enable a public video link and which assistant scopes to approve. Anyone with an active public link can access that shared video. Revocation does not recall downloads or third-party caches. Connected assistants can perform the actions within their authorized scopes, including modifying productions or media and creating checkout or share links. You can revoke access in Connect AI. Checkout-link creation does not itself charge your payment card.
Availability and changes
The cloud account service and the production studio are separate. Generation, private media and shared streaming can be unavailable while the studio workstation or its connection is offline. Queue delays and provider failures can occur. Keep your own downloaded copies of important exports. We may maintain or change the service and may restrict access that violates these terms or creates a security or abuse risk, subject to applicable law and existing purchase obligations.

Our privacy policy explains account data, reference media, production data, connected assistants and providers. Contact contact@imaginou.com about rights, content concerns or service issues. If we materially change these terms, the revised version and update date will appear here. Nothing here excludes liability or statutory protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
