Email contact@imaginou.com for help with Imaginou, operated by AI Clark Development Inc. Include the production ID and a description of the issue. Never send sign-in codes, API tokens, full payment-card details or account passwords.
Sign-in and connections
Sign in at https://app.imaginou.com using the email address attached to your account and the code sent to that mailbox. If delivery is delayed, check spam before requesting another code. For assistant connections, use https://app.imaginou.com/mcp with OAuth. Documentation is available at https://app.imaginou.com/developers. Connections can be revoked from Connect AI in the studio.
Productions and billing
If a product page cannot be imported, add your own product photos and factual details manually. Review storyboards before approving video generation. Generation and media streaming may pause while the studio is offline. For a billing issue, include your purchase date and order or checkout reference, without payment-card information. Download important completed exports for your own records.
Privacy and content requests
Contact contact@imaginou.com for account access, correction, deletion or content-rights concerns. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on private account data. Our privacy policy and terms are linked below.
